Receive a fully customised style, including furniture, wall art, decor and accessory hire. Let us deliver all the furniture into your vacant home, style it to the space, and then pack it away. This package is available to hire from five weeks, up to five months.

Partial home styling
Do you have a budget in mind that you're looking to invest into the presentation of your home? This partial home styling, for vacant or owner-occupied properties, is perfect for that! Perth Property Concierges custom package suits your needs, while working to your budget. In most cases we can work with your price range, and add in a few of ours to create a more inviting and presentable home.

Property presentation consultation
Hayley will visit your property and give valuable advise, ideas and inspiration on how to present your home, ready for market to encourage the best possible sale price. This service will link you to all of our service providers, such as: cleaners, gardeners, carpet cleaners and painting.
Up to 1.5 hour consultation - $220.00
Up to 1.5 hour consultation plus emailed summary within 48 hours - $330.00

Up-keep
Keeping your styled property up to date and maintained, can be a timely job. Let us do the work! We will come to your home and provide fresh foliage’s or flowers, cleaning and maintenance check.
All up-keep must be within 25kms of Perth CBD.
Weekly freshen up - $98.00
Fortnightly freshen up - $88.00

A little bit extra
We offer a little bit more then just a home styling service. If you are in need of some organising or decluttering in your home we can assist! This service is booked in 4 hour slots and is $80 per hour. Let us come to your home and organise your belongings.

Would you love new furniture or artwork, but don't have the time to arrange it all? We offer a consultation and personal shopping for all of your wants and needs! Either come with us or let us do it all for you. This service is booked in 4 hour slots and is $80 per hour.
